As usual, it was a rusty lump that caught my eye. In this case it was a Holden Gemini, originally painted white, it would seem, but now an unattractive yellowed and dirty finish. Not a single panel had been spared of rust and dents. Naturally I loved it.
Two men were resting by the car, and we started chatting. They asked where my travel partner and I were from, and how we liked their city of Yogyakarta. I inquired about the car, and while current ownership was not very clear, I figured these two had as much claim to it as anyone, since they were storing all sorts of junk inside.
Now that I have jogged my fuzzy memory, I want to start planning to get back to Yogyakarta and restore my Gemini. I just hope that I can remember where it is. With my memory, that could be tricky...
